Yes, we encourage continuity of care. After your initial consultation, you can request the same practitioner for all follow-ups to build a consistent relationship and ensure coordinated care.

Life happens. You can reschedule or cancel appointments up to 2 hours before your consultation time through our online portal or by calling our support team. No cancellation fees apply with adequate notice.

You’ll receive a secure link via email 30 minutes before your appointment. Simply click the link at your appointment time from any device with internet. No special software or downloads required.
